In 2008, Jody made a bold move, trading the hustle and bustling city life for the stunning beauty of a small beach town in Sicamous, BC. Drawn by the peaceful living and wanting more family time, Jody was grateful that the brand turned into a cozy retail space in the heart of the city living with the charm of the Shuswap.
Inspired by her blissful days in Bali, she infused her vision with tropical vibes, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels like a little piece of paradise in Sicamous. Meanwhile, the soul behind the brand, Eddy Johnston, anchored the brand with his unwavering commitment to family and strong tribe. Eddy has always had a passion for an active outdoor lifestyle - including his love for community, water, camping, and more. Their relationship has always been anchored in a love for building Sicamous. With a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to serving others, it’s only fitting that he co-owns a business that helps visualize dreams and bringing people together.
