We’re delighted to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $175.
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Within Canada: Flat rate of $16.50
- United States: $35
- International (all other countries): $60
Important Information:
- PO Box Addresses: If your shipping address is a PO Box, we’ll reach out via email to arrange an additional fee of $10–$20, depending on your location and package size.
- Oversized Packages: Orders that exceed standard size limits may incur an oversized package fee. If applicable, we’ll contact you via email with the details.

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it’s not quite right, eligible items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box with all packaging.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned (see list below).
For Local Pickup Orders:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange items or return them for store credit.

How to Make a Return (Online Orders):

Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. We’ll confirm if your return is approved. - Ship Your Return:
Once approved, securely package your item and drop it off at your preferred shipping location.- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We must receive your return within 14 days of the original delivery date. Late returns will not be processed and will be sent back at your expense.
- Processing Your Return:
After receiving your return, we’ll process it promptly and issue your store credit via email to use towards a future purchase.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will promptly investigate and locate your package. If it cannot be located, we will either replace the items or issue store credit if we’re unable to replace them.
